Back pain can show up for different people in different ways. Here are some common symptoms of back pain:

  • Having a sharp pain when lifting or bending over.
  • Consistant stiffness or aches anywhere along your spine -- from your neck to the base of your spine.
  • Pain that travels from your lower back through your rear and down your leg.
  • Discomfort when you’ve been sitting down or having to stand up for long periods of time.
  • Not able to staighten up without pain or muscle seizures.

Since everyone experiences their back pain differently there is no one single indicator.
